The approach of designing this architectural project, one of its kind in the vicinity, has been a cumulative decision of the client’s psychology and the design team. The family of four making a conscious decision of the near future expansion of their family and having the thinking approach for the next 2-3 decades, wanted a villa residence with ample naturally lit spaces and enough cross ventilation which will take care of the heat dissipation as the site is located in the scorching heat of Rajasthan. Bigger spaces allow the residents to have breathable corners in all rooms and on all the floors.

The whole project was divided into 4 zones- office, residential, recreational & large gathering zones. Being a vastu oriented residential design, the project had a lot of hindrances initially but the evolution of design has been a treat. The Elevation is the blend of using local stones as well as modern fabrication for achieving the surface levels. The north side glazing gives an edge to the overall elevation design as much as it adds the luxurious factor to the double height spaces inside. Currently the site is under construction for the grey structure and is expected to be completed by second quarter of 2025.
